The terms for buying the Blueprint
In short.
You buy an 8-step course with PDF workbooks. As one of the first 12 founding members, you also get personal meetings with me. You receive the workbooks ready to use right after payment, and the ones in development gradually before the end of 2026.
The Blueprint gives practical guidance from experience. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and it cannot guarantee a result.
The workbooks are for your own use. Please do not share or resell them.
1. Who we are
The Life You Choose and The Made Real Blueprint are brands of Belgrave Management, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal. In these terms, "we", "us" and "I" mean this company and me, Mwata, who runs it.

2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy one of the options of the course on this website:

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website in euros, as a one-time payment. Founding member prices: €99 for Phase 1 and €249 for the whole Blueprint, including the meetings. After the founding round: €195 and €495, course only. All prices include VAT.
Lemon Squeezy handles the order and payment and acts as the seller of record. It charges you, sends your invoice and handles VAT. Its own buyer terms apply to the payment.
4. Delivery
Right after payment, you'll receive a link to download the workbooks for your option that are ready as PDF files and, as a founding member, a link to book your meetings. The other steps follow as they are ready, at no extra cost: we email you when a new step is available. We'll release all steps before the end of 2026. If a step takes longer, you keep your access and pay nothing extra. If something doesn't arrive, email us, and we will resend it.
5. Upgrading from Phase 1
Bought Phase 1 and want the whole Blueprint later? We deduct the price you paid for Phase 1 from the price of the full Blueprint, so you never pay twice. As a founding member, you also get the two extra meetings. To upgrade, email us; we send you a personal discount code for the amount you paid for Phase 1.
6. The personal meetings (founding members)
- The meetings and the email and WhatsApp support are part of the founding member offer, for the first 12 buyers.
- Meetings are online video calls of 1 hour, in English or Dutch, scheduled through Calendly.
- You book them yourself when you are ready, within 6 months of your purchase. Meetings not used within 6 months expire.
- Need to move a meeting? Let me know at least 24 hours before. A meeting missed without notice counts as used.
- A meeting is only recorded if you agree to it beforehand.
- Between meetings, you can send short questions by email or WhatsApp. I answer them personally, as soon as I can, while you work through the Blueprint.
7. Your right to cancel (EU consumers)
If you live in the EU and buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. The workbooks are digital content. At checkout, you ask to receive them straight away and confirm that you then give up this right. This means that once you have received your download link, you can no longer cancel the purchase.

Not what you expected? Beyond your legal right to cancel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the Blueprint is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Email us and tell us the reason. We look at every request fairly and reply personally. If you have already had one or more meetings, we may keep the part of the price that belongs to them.
8. Using the material
The workbooks, texts, examples and pictures are protected by copyright. When you buy, you get a personal licence: you may use and print the workbooks for yourself and the people you plan your move with. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them, or use them to teach others, without our written permission.
9. What the Blueprint is, and is not
The Blueprint shares practical knowledge from my experience building a life abroad twice and helps you make your own plans. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Rules and prices change: we show our sources and the date we checked them, and tell you which professional to ask. Your decisions, and what happens as a result, are yours. We cannot guarantee any result, such as a residence permit, a property purchase or an income.
10. Our liability
We do our best to keep the workbooks correct and up to date. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações, at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
12. Law
Portuguese law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on the website on the day you buy.
